How estimates, bookings, and service work

Starting prices shown on the website are estimates only. Final pricing may change if the property condition, access, overgrowth, cleanup, or actual work scope differs from the original information provided.

Unless we say otherwise in writing, quoted pricing is intended to remain valid for 30 days.

Booking requests are not complete until a visit time is confirmed. We may reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, access issues, or operational capacity.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, including gates, pets, and any instructions that affect arrival.

Payment options shown on the website may include Auto Pay and Pre-pay.Auto Pay cards are charged after the scheduled visit is completed.

Pre-pay orders are charged at checkout and applied to the quoted visit.

GST is not currently charged through this website because the business is not currently marked as GST-registered in the site settings.

Basic lawn care service generally includes mowing, edging or line trimming, and blower cleanup. Add-ons such as overgrowth recovery, shrub hedging, leaf cleanup, blackberry trimming, pet waste handling, or haul-away work may be priced separately.

We may decline or pause work where site conditions are unsafe, blocked, or materially different from what was described during booking.

Please notify us promptly if there is a concern with a visit so that we can review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a reasonable follow-up.
